Should i apply for sjmsom with this profile, cat -94 percentile overall(QA-93, VA-95,DILR-63),general non engineer female with decent acads of 93 in 10th and 95 in 12th and 9.5 GPA in college, im sceptical because of the DILR sectional cutoff so should i apply or will it be a waste?

As an non-engineer yourself, I would not suggest you to go for IITs as they give preference to engineers in their ARs.

98.5+ percentile is the usually followed trend for SJSOM for the past years. You don't have a chance with 94%. Suggest you try IIT M, IIT D, IIT K- their cutoffs are near the 95% range, with IIT-D a bit higher.
