Scored 141.5 in IIFT with GK : 4.5 . In all other sections I'm sure that I'd clear the cutoffs. Any chance for a call considering OA and GK's score(GEM)?

You can definitely get a call from IIFT. They consider overall score and clearing of sectional cutoff. Prepare well for PIT. All the best:)
