The question is based on the concept of distinct number of meeting points in circular motion
If you don't know the concept, then it is as follows
When people are moving on circular tracks in opposite directions and the ratio of their speeds is m:n (m and n are co-prime to each other) then number of unique meeting points is m+n.
If they are moving in same direction, then it is m-n
