I’ve covered Arithmetic and Algebra to a decent level, but with limited time left for CAT, is that enough for QA? Should I now focus mainly on these two areas, or should I also spend time covering Geometry, Number System and Modern Math? What would be the best way to prioritise the remaining topics?

The general priority is Arithmetic > Algebra > Geometry = Number Systems > Modern maths [according to weightage].
Arithmetic and Algebra are non negotiables and with the time left, you should at least be very confident in these. If time permits, you can go for either geometry or number systems depending on your academic record. As many people might be naturally good or bad at it. And prioritizing according to your strengths is what you should do.
