Your profile looks good with 3 years of work experience. As a general category female engineer, aiming for a percentile of around 98 or higher in CAT would be a safe target to increase your chances of getting calls from top IIMs.

93%tile can get u IIM B among BLACKI's and 99.5 ( very safe ) will fetch you all

I think 92 plus ..... but you can get to some iims ( with 90 )who give extra importance to work experience.....but target the highest to be safe
