Your graduation score and work experience are the big positives. The 58% in 12th is the one area that may make some IIM calls tougher, but your EWS status, non-engineering background and work experience work in your favour. Your NGO experience is also something you can talk about during interviews and use to make your profile stand out.

I would suggest aiming for 98+ percentile for good IIM options, and if you can push towards 99+, you’ll be in a much stronger position for the top IIMs.
