E is the best opening sentence. It introduces the subject of the paragraph - installation of panels. This is followed by C and A which further describe an active solar panel. Next is F, which talks about a passive solar panel. This is followed by D and B is the best concluding sentence. The correct order of sentences is ECAFDB.

Please let us know what you think is the correct order.
