NMIMS MBA 2027 Application: "No Contact is associated with y

Hi everyone,
I previously had an issue logging into the NMIMS MBA 2027 application portal. I had received my login credentials via email, but the portal was showing a login failed error.
After waiting and trying again, I am now able to log in successfully. However, I am facing a new issue.
When I click on "Create New Application," I get the following error:
"No Contact is associated with your user account. Please contact the administrator."
The portal shows "Welcome, Sujal!" and I can access the application center, but it says "No applications found."
I have already completed my NMAT registration and booked my NMAT exam date. I have also received my NMIMS login credentials.
Has anyone else faced this issue? What does this error mean, and how did you resolve it?
Should I contact NMIMS support again, or is this something that gets fixed automatically?
