NMAT OA-247, VA-93, LR-84, QA-70. How slim are my chances for NMIMS Mumbai?

unfortunately 70 will not clear your sectional cutoff.

Hi Last year QA cut off was 75 , but there were multiple attempts allowed for NMIMS so that gave an advantage , this year cut off will decease and maximum it will decrease to 70 so you still can get a call , hope for the best !!
