Female King Cobra is the only snake that builds its own nest. It lays its eggs in the nest and hatches the eggs till the completion of incubation period of about 90 days . These nests are so tightly constructed that even in extreme conditions they will not get destroyed.The main reason for the construction of nests is safety and dry conditions for eggs.
