my VARC scres are decreaing day by day, from 20 to -1 now , i am panicking alot , give me some tips to increase them

I dont know if this is going to make sense but as I practised more I started to read between lines and inserted meaning where there was none,"over-interpretation" as I like to call. After realising this issue, I took a "clean white board" approach to comprehension, like I read paragraphs without connecting them to any similar paras that I have attempted in the past which helped me focus better and I was back to scoring 37-50 in VARC
