My VARC score has dropped down from about 54 to now 30's and it doesn't seem to improve. Could you please guide me through improving my score now?

Don't feel stressed out. Take it one mock at a time. Your proficiency in Verbal wouldn't go down so fast. It is just a matter of nerves as the exam is coming close. Ensure that you give your best in every single mock and if you are getting nervous, take a day off and try to recuperate. Focus on accuracy (instead of speed). High accuracy would improve your confidence level and you should be back to scoring high in Verbal soon.
