My graduation is about to be completed..and I want to give sbi po exam, is it necessary to clear ibps po or any other bank exam to give sbi po exam ?

No they are both totally different and they are taken separately. Comparatively SBI PO overall is tougher than IBPS PO and the Qs difficulty is somewhat close to CAT
