my final year exams would have ended by may but due to covid , university is conducting exams in september . so what should i fill in cat form final year student or completed ?

you should fill completed because as per college your academic years were 2017 to 2020 coz me currently got promoted to final year(3rd year) that option is for us not for you so should select for completed

are you sure ? cause i tried their helpline but it is continuously busy .
