MBA Colleges to Target Based on Your Percentile!

Confused about which MBA colleges you should target based on your percentile? Here’s a rough guide. Cutoffs can vary depending on the exam, category, sectional scores, profile and admission cycle, so don’t treat these as fixed cutoffs.

One thing I would strongly recommend
Don’t choose a college based on percentile alone. Compare total fees, median CTC, average CTC, placement percentage, batch size, quality of roles, alumni network and ROI.
Also, the same percentile can lead to very different options depending on whether it is CAT, XAT, CMAT or another exam, so always check the specific admission criteria.
If you’re currently sitting around 75–80 percentile, don’t assume your options are over. You still have several colleges worth researching, just shortlist them carefully based on your career goals and budget.
