What should be my aim for IIM (A,B,C,L) / ISB?

The colleges you are aiming for give a lot of importance for CAT score as well as your overall profile. keep 99+ as the minimum serious target and 99.5+ as the ideal target. For IIM Ahmedabad, aim for 99.3+, your 12th is a strong positive, while the 6.6 UG score hurts a bit.

For IIM Bangalore, target 99.5+, since B is particularly sensitive to academics . IIM Calcutta is comparatively more favourable for you, so 99–99.3+ can be competitive, C also awards academic diversity for non-engineering bachelor's degrees, though your exact "Science" UG classification matters.

For IIM Lucknow, aim for 99–99.3+, with 99.5+ putting you in a much stronger zone.

For ISB, if you're asking about the regular PGP, CAT percentile isn't the route to focus on you need 24+ months of full-time work experience and a valid GMAT/GRE, and ISB evaluates the overall profile holistically.

Overall: make 99.5+ your CAT target; at 99+ you have a realistic shot at multiple IIMs, but 99.5+ gives this profile much more breathing room.
