Is there anyone who can help me out with an MDI G application problem that I have run into? The last date to apply there is last week of november however it is asking for 2021 CAT scoresheet. What to do?

I was applying and the part where documents need to be uploaded and there was a need to upload CAT 2021 scores. This felt weird to me because the last date to apply is even before the exam takes place. Anyway I saw that even without uploading the document I can pay the admission fees, so I thought it is the type of application where the apply part is seperate from payment, i.e payment means registration complete, but I can apply later once the CAT scores are released by clicking the apply button. So I applied and then suddenly my application was submitted. I did enter my CAT registration number, but the part where I enter my CAT score document, it was blank.

Can you please elaborate the issue as in my opinion they ask for CAT 2021 registration number only.
