Is there any way to clarify the doubt from sectional test?

when ur done answering the mock, and check the answers, below each question you can type in the doubts, if u hv doubts regarding the question itself, like you think the question is wrong, you can report the question.

I have just bought the sectional and mock test. I dont know how to raise a doubt for any question
