In this year cat had 50 questions on English Maths logic and visual each carrying equal marks . A student Got equal correct answers in English and maths. His correct answers in logic for 20% more than that in English and in visual he gotr 20% lesser answer then in math. his total score of 135 how many total questions answered correctly( assume 3 is one mark for correct answer and 1 by 4 negative marks for wrong)?

There are 50 questions each in English, Maths, logic and visual. +1 for one correct answer and -0.25 for one wrong answer.
Let us assume he has attempted all the questions.
Let the number of correct answers in English and Maths be 'x'.
The number of correct answers in logic = 1.2x
The number of correct answers in visual = 0.8x
Total number of correct answers = 4x
4x(1) + (200-4x)(-0.25) = 135
x = 37
Number of correct answers = 4*37 = 148
