Other ways of arrangement are not possible. As instruction 3 destroys all. Cracku question makers must change the question. Also not only  in this mock, I have found wrong questions with answers , given in other mocks. Where do I complaint?

Yea you're right it is not possible for A to be the neighbor of F as it is restricted..
Try other way of arrangements..

The question tells that A and D are not neighbors..But there is no restrictions regarding the neighborhood of A and F as it is not mentioned.
 So, A and F can be neighbors..
