In cause effect questions, if I and II are independent then how can we know if its independent cause or independent effect. i. The army received an unusually high number of applications this year. ii. Intolerance and communalism is on the rise in the country. These could be effects of independent cause or independent cause. like, as intolerance is rising, the religious event was cancelled. or because of the blast at gurudwara, intolerance and communalism is rising. Could you please clarify.
