In cat free mock 2, Q 22 why can it be not 1432? because constituency in 4 can be related to new generations in 3 and 2 will be a concluding sentence...this is better. also Sir inspite of writing I am unable to post doubts on mocks...

The correct answer is indeed 1432. I do not see where you are having an issue? The answer and the explanation provided both support 1432.  Did you perhaps mean to point out a different arrangement?
