In a quality assessment program, 300 tests were conducted to check each of the 100 machines in a workshop thrice. 40 machines failed in first test. 25 machines failed in both first and second test. 15 machines failed in all the three tests. 20 machines failed in both second and third tests. Data Insufficient? Only f = 10, f+s+t = 15, only f and s = 10, only f and t = 5, only s and t = 5 => (only f + only s + only t) can't be determined
