Let R U K = 100% (Maximize) As we Are Aiming to Minimize the Intersection (You Can Take any two of sets, results shall be same)
So, R U K = R + K - R intersection K,
100 = 82 + 66 - "R intersection K"
"R intersection K" = 148 -100 = 48
Now, intersect "R Intersection K" with C to get "R Intersection K Intersection C".
"R intersection K" U "C" = "R intersection K" + "C" - "R intersection K intersection C"
100 = 48 + 60 - "R intersection K intersection C"
Hence "R intersection K intersection C" = 8%.

@Jeevan Mahajan. Thanks for the solution. I too arrived at the same answer, but according to Arun Sharma's LR book, the answer is 0%. So, just wanted to confirm the answer.
