In a 3 set Venn Diagram, let us say there is a group of people reading newspapers. What is the difference between number of people reading two newspaper vs number of people reading exactly 2 newspaper

The number of people reading two newspapers also includes the number of people reading three newspapers, whereas the number of people reading exactly two newspapers does not include those reading all the newspapers.
