I'm in a dilemma right now. I scored 91.69 percentile in CAT. Should I apply for colleges like Great Lakes, TAPMI, etc. or dedicate another year to target a better result. Presently I am working in TCS and have just 6 months of work experience.

Hi shivani, Apply to TAPMI, IMI, IMT Give all the interviews. It helps you a great deal in understanding what the interviewers expect. Many students with 99.6+ dont convert IIMs because of poor intervews. Hence, effectively utilise this opportunity. If you convert these colleges, then you can make a decision. Since you have limited work-ex, I would recommend you to reappear for CAT
Even if you join MBA with limited work-ex, you will not be eligible for many companies to sit for placements. Opportunities for freshers are usually less and there is immense competition for the available roles in the institutes. Ideal time to join MBA is with 1-3 years of work experience. Also, work-experience makes you think from various perspectives and makes you all the more professional. Hence, attend all interviews and then you can make a decision Wish you good luck:)
