If I get all TITA questions wrong, and as there is no negative marking in TITA for wrong answer does it will affect my overall sectional score and overall CAT score. like out of 10 questions 4 is TITA (correct:+3, wrong: 0) and 6 are MCQ (each correct: +3, wrong: -1) and I get 5 MCQ right and 1 MCQ and all 4 TITA wrong? so what would be my final score and percentage? is my score will be: 14?

Your score will be 14. TITA questions have no negative marking. So always attempt them. Especially in questions like Para Jumbles/Completion.

you ll get raw score of 14 marks. but after normalization it ll affect your final score compare to a person who has better accuracy than you

It will be 14 but what Sanket said is not true. Accuracy is not a factor in calculation CAT percentiles or during normalization.
