I recommend that you solve past year papers. I recommend you go through Oswal's CAT solved papers. It has consolidated previously asked RC's in a systematic manner and covers most of CAT's favourite topics such as Philosophy, Politics, Literature, Science etc. Take your time understanding the passages and slowly work on solving them upto speed.
