I have scored 69 slot 1 (21/24/24) GEM is there any chance of getting any iim's or not iim then IIT'S ?

You will score around 93-95 percentile. Your best option will be IIM Kashipur / IIM Trichi. Chance of getting a call from IIM Ranchi is slim.
