I have purchased the SNAP mock series and also gave the first mock, but now the site is showing i have to repurchase the test series. Please someone guide me on what to do next!!

This is so disheartening to say this. Recently I've purchased snap mock test 1 and the website is not showing it. I also login to the registered email but still not working.
