I have got 98.51 percentile in CAT. 99.81 in VARC 89.01 IN LRDI & 94.96 in Quant. I am working GEM with 26 months of experience. What are my chances of getting good colleges

All top IIMs consider composite scores.
If you have great academics, you will get calls from indore, kozhikode, lucknow, bangalore.(90+ percentage is not great as the percentages are normalised wrt peers)
You should likely get calls from lucknow, kozhikode, CAP and baby IIMs
Apply to IIT-D, IIT-B and IIT-Kgp
The IIMs you get calls from are more or less sealed. Focus on GDPI.
