No. There will be a validity date for the certificate which would have been mentioned at the bottom of your nc obc certificate. I think it would have been expired. So, You have to take a new nc obc certificate for this year to apply for CAT.<br>

You can check on cat website if the issue date is under the stipulated date that has been provided on cat website then you can apply and apply for renewal and if the certificate is before of the last date provided on cat website then you should fill the undertaking form and upload that
