I have 96% in 12th CBSE PCM, 10/10 in 10th CBSE, my grad % is 61%. I am from IIT Kanpur. do I stand a chance for top 3 IIM? what percentile i will need? I will study my brains out for 99.95% if that can get me in.

Majorly, the focus is on 10th and 12th score. And even though your score is not at par in grad, you're still from an old IIT. All the top tier business schools are suckers for brands like IIT because it's easier to place you, especially in consultancies.

Also, considering you evidently have a knack for cracking exams, it'd not be out of character for you to score exceptionally well in CAT. Just go for it. Worst case scenario, IIM A "might" not call you (even though I believe it will, if you get into the crazy percentile tier). Go for it.
