I have 9+ years of experience and now i am little bit confused that which one i need to opt 1-year MBA prg or 2 year MBA prg. Please help.

hi verma , Iam no expert but from my research I would say 9 years of experience adds value only when you want to do an MBA from foreign business schools where the average work experience is around 6-8 for top B schools,however in India 3 years is the cap ,any more years after that does not add any value to the iim interviews.If your happy with your current salary and is in par with the average salary of IIMs then I would suggest an executive MBA,but then again this is just from my experience I will leave this question for the experts to answer

1 Year Executive Program will be beneficial for you.

I have 9 yrs exp - low 12 & grad score - I willl do regular mba. Nothing should come in the way as such. Work ex will add.
