i have 3 years of gap year.does it create an issue as i am a fesher too

Hi Kunal, a 3 year gap is always a tricky one if not handled well in the interview. but that does not kill your chances of getting into a top IIM. having said that we would suggest doing some courses/internships or any sort of upskilling to make sure you are showcasing that you have some productivity in your gap years too.in short a great CAT score and a very good interview can help your 3 year gap to be overshadowed
