You should write CAT again and make dedicated preparation for it
In fact, every average student(such as me) can get 90+ percentile easily with a systematic preparation of just about 4 months.

CAT is an exam of endurance and struggle, not intelligence alone.
You have 1 year in your hand. You can very well score 95,98,99...

There may be colleges that don't require you to give CAT exam. You should look into that.
