I got only 90 percentile in iift but i have been shortlisted is there any chance i will get into any of the iift campuses

Yes, if you have been shortlisted, surely you stand a chance. It depends on your final Composite score. Right now, what you can do the best is prepare and give your best shot at the PI and Extempore and leave all these worries to the selection committee.

CS varies according to category. Moreover, it's futile to think how much you fall short of the required CS because they will never select you if they feel you're not suitable for them. So, again, just try your best to 'sell' yourself to the selection committee.
