I got 99.83 percentile (98.27/98.65/99.78). Profile is - GEM / 10 CGPA (Xth CBSE) / 67% (XIIth Bihar Board) / 84.7%(Engg.) with 18 months of Work Experience (according to today's date). What all colleges do I have a realistic chance at?

C is out due to 12th. B maybe (that 12th is slightly on the lower side even after considering the board) and it takes work ex till July 31st so it would be only 13 months for it, A is even less likely due to GEM and even after getting, would be the most difficult to convert due to Eng cap on seats at 150. LKI is sure.

Btw, I have the same VARC and DILR as yours, mine is 98.27/98.65/99 and overall 99.61. Profile is quite similar except mine is 27 months work ex till date.

What percentile should i aim at , i have 93 % in 10th , 95 % in 12th , fresher GEM , and i guess grad score doesnt count..
