i got 88.63%le in cat 2019..which colleges i should apply??
10th-12th=90+graduation =84.9%

Three good colleges namely IMI, IMT and XIMB usually have a cut-off of around 90percentile. They are likely out.
In the 85-90percentile colleges bracket, consider the colleges MICA, TAPMI, GIM & FORE in that order
Also, if you have less than 3 years work-ex, you should definitely consider writing CAT again as there is no hurry for an MBA
Always try to do post-graduation from highly reputed colleges
