i got 61 percentile in CAT2019 can i aim for 99 percentile this year and how to approach it now?

I know someone who scored 64 percentile and next year scored 92, he genuinely did everything to improve his VARC section and consistently practised theory and questions from arun sharma for QA, did DI questions every day. so yeah its a lot of work, but its very possible
