I belong to the OBC category. My academic percentages are as follows: 77.5% in 10th grade, 87% in 12th grade, and 73% in BTech. I just completed my BTech in 2024. I am very interested in pursuing an MBA at an IIM. I have received job offers from TCS and Capgemini. What should I do now to balance my academic performance and strengthen my profile? And also the percentile I need to target? Is it advisable to pursue an MA in Economics via distance learning? OBC male engineer.
