I appeared for NMAT 2020 and had also applied for NMIMS but unfortunately did not clear the cut off. I want to apply for NMIMS this year in 2021 by appearing for NMAT 2021. My question is with this 2nd attempt in a different year all together be considered ?

Yes even though it is your second attempt at NMAT but it will be your first attempt for 2022-24 . So this attempt will only be considered.
