I am working in my family business since 2016 as a manager- retail and business development .It is registered  as a sole proprietorship firm .will it be considered by top iims as it is a sole proprietorship  firm but my salary is credited into account. will I be awarded marks during the interview? Also how to justify it as I have done bca then couldn't opt for job related to my course in it sector due to health issues?

Hi Shubham, If it is a registered firm and yours is a full-time role, and if you can present a valid experience certificate it would be considered as work-ex.
