I am unable to understand the time work and distance chapter the process which ma'am is teaching some of steps I could not catch up what to do

All the time, speed and distance problems are based on one formula, speed = distance/time and all the time and work problems revolve around units of work done by a person in one day. If you are clear with these basics, start solving the questions. Instead of checking the solution directly, try to solve the question with the knowledge you have. Initially, you may find it challenging to solve the questions but eventually solving a good number of questions, you will get a fair idea of concepts and end up solving higher-level questions as well.
