i am from west bengal hindi speaking. which state should i choose(mean which state will have lowest qualifying marks in upcoming ibps clerk exam??)

Well I would suggest you to focus on your preparation rather than worrying about which state to apply from. But if you still want to know than you can apply from any of the north-eastern states. They have relatively low number of people who apply for IBPS clerk and hence their cut-off tends to be on the lower side.
