I am currently at a managerial position in a nationalised bank and have almost 8 years work experience in the officers cadre with the same organisation. Currently my CTC is Rs. 0.28 cr. Should I go for the CAT examination? If yes, then what prospects do I have post completion of my MBA from one of the tier 1 Business Schools of our country. Kindly let me know whether it is sensible for me to strive for this or not and if yes then what should be my next step towards achieving this goal.
