I am attempting 3 out of 4rcs in Mocks still I am having Low accuracy in RCs. How to improve my accuracy?

Focus on the accuracy then. Simple. For every mistake you make, you lose a net of 4 marks. Practice RCs daily, and analyze the type of questions they ask, and where to not assume. With practice you will surely get there
