Hi Anand,
There is no good substitute to practice. Especially in LR/DI, we have noticed significant improvement in students by practicing regularly as it improves both accuracy and speed.
Additionally, trying lateral methods like solving sudokus, puzzles, help improve concentration and speed in these kind of questions.
