Hi Sujay. Verbal ability checks your ability to form coherent paragraphs and taking the gist from a paragraph. To improve accuracy in PJs and OOCs, you must try to identify the context being talked about. We generally make mistakes when we try to arrange the sentences/try to identify the OOC by trying to fit the sentences by looking at conjunctions/pronouns. This can be misleading, as the paragraphs are a part of a larger passage and it could be referring to elements outside the passage. Try to see what the passage is about, and then check which sentence, though has all the relevant keywords, talks about a different aspect of the topic.
Most questions in Para Summary are confusing as either none of them seems an apt summary or all of them seem similar. The way to approach them is to check for the errors that are deliberately introduced to make that option wrong. This would again need you to identify what the paragraph is about and the tone used. This will help you identify which options distort the actual meaning. Hope this helps.
