how to create consistency in VARC section

To be more consistent in VARC , first try to be well versed with the type of questions you are most comfortable with for ex CR questions or inference questions etc and then in every VARC test do not leave those questions and always attempt them in every VARC section . Analyze every mock in VARC very well , learn from the mistakes and try not to repeat them in the further tests.
